About Dr. Curtis
Dr. Curtis graduated from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities with a bachelor’s degree in Fisheries, Wildlife & Conservation Biology, with focuses on wildlife and pre-veterinary sciences. She attended Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine completing 1 year of large & small animal clinical rotations at the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities, graduating with high honors.
Dr. Curtis began her career in veterinary medicine in 2005 at Westgate Pet Clinic in Edina, Minnesota, and now specializes in hospice, palliative care and end-of-life consulting for Cosmic Light, an ambulatory veterinary practice serving northern and central Minnesota.
Dr. Curtis is a member of the Humane Society Veterinary Medical Association (HSVMA) and the International Association for Animal Hospice and Palliative Care (IAAHPC)
Dr. Curtis has 3 dogs Felix, Grover & Bailey and cat Loki. Dr. Curtis enjoys downhill skiing, painting, candlemaking, cheesemaking and cooking.
